Quality and qualification are a commitment for us...

Training, coaching and the therewith associated progress of our employees is our way to make the company fit for the future.
We are sure, that integrative methods of work and the cooperation of all employees concerning the company strategy are important and correct for our customers and partners and our customer-oriented service..
Consequently our department chiefs Jessica Schwendowius and René Schimmanz implemented in October 2006 TQM - the Total Quality Management.

Kick Off 2007

In January of 2007 we met for three days in the brewhouse of the abbey of Medingen for the next step. In the solitude of the abbey we developed the next projects and aims for our company.
We thought we did a lot yet - delusion!
Here we go...!

Kick Off 2006

In November of 2005 we defined, in our partner hotel Ringhotel Munte in Bremen 2005 "Milestones 2006" with a "Kick Off-Workshop" In three days we defined the most important company decisions. Among other things the decision to process the company with a quality management model, beginning in January 2006.

Talent-Smithery

In August of 2005 we carried out a "Talent-Smithery" with the leadership. In two days the best results were adapted and strength orientated in a team converted.

This time Hans-Walter Putze & Christian Göwecke from Netzwerk Kommunkation GmbH escorted this process.



Start-Workshop 2005

In April of 2005 the leadership of the Ringhotel Berlin went in the Ringhotel Birke in Kiel to design the future strategy for the company.
The results were so motivating and manifold, that we were really surprised what we haven't seen yet...
Our staff certainly realized the "fresh northern wind" and also was curious to see the new way of the Ringhotel Berlin in Heide.
We will further work on our themes!
