About the idea of the fresh cuisine

Many guests, friends and relatives ask me:
“How are you able to perform such magic food?”
Cooking is not performing magic!
It’s based on the knowledge of the products, the methods of cooking and the focus in every detail.
The Ringhotel Berlin is a company that takes on trainees and I want to see good, skilled and experienced young cooks leaving the hotel.
The profession of a cook is a technical and creative area of operation.
That’s why we go without finished products.
Our aim is a “more” of natural products from high-quality cultivation.
We want to offer an innovative “fun-cuisine” – because dining should make fun and be an aha-experience.
And after all: Our cuisine and our products are affordable.
